This policy covers purchases made directly through the SETX Camping shop at setxcamping.com. Please read it before making a purchase.
Physical products (print-on-demand merchandise)
SETX Camping sells physical products — including t-shirts, apparel, and other merchandise — through our WooCommerce shop. These products are printed on demand through Printify and shipped directly from the print provider.
Eligibility for returns and refunds
We accept returns and refund requests for physical products under the following conditions:
We will replace or refund your order if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The item has a printing error (wrong design, misaligned print, color issues)
- You received the wrong item
- The item is significantly different from what was described
We do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size selected at checkout — please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned without prior authorization
How to request a return or refund
Email us at paul.winter@setxcamping.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If approved, we will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund to your original payment method. We do not require you to return damaged or defective items.
Shipping costs
If a return is approved due to a defective or incorrect item, we cover all costs. We do not cover return shipping costs for buyer’s remorse returns.
Digital products
SETX Camping may offer digital products such as downloadable guides, ebooks, or printable content.
All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds on digital purchases once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading a digital product, contact us at paul.winter@setxcamping.com and we will resolve it promptly.
Affiliate purchases
Products purchased through affiliate links on setxcamping.com — including items on Amazon, REI, YETI, Dick’s Sporting Goods, or other retailers — are subject to the return and refund policies of those retailers. SETX Camping has no involvement in or control over those transactions.

Coloring books and Amazon KDP products
The Wild Southeast Texas Wildlife Coloring Book and any other books sold through Amazon are fulfilled and sold directly by Amazon. Returns and refunds for these products are handled entirely by Amazon under their standard return policy at amazon.com/returns.
